You may in this condition: you see a commercial, and you found that the music is good. But you don’t know who sang the song. Oh god, you even don’t know the title is. You may ask your friend.
Oh God, your friend also don’t know what the song is. You’ll stuck and stuck and stuck and will always find out what the song is because now you’re already fell into a deep curiosity. Well, some will find it on Google as you know the lyric, and it proves you’ll find it.
Oh god, you also don’t know the lyric, or it just instrumental. Or you just have the information that you obtained the information from a jingle of a product commercial. Ask some forum to do, this actually proves success.
And another OH MY GOD, you stuck, they on the forum can’t help you…
These are another effort to do:
AudioTag.com
For those who already know Shazam, you’ll know what is it. But, Shazam only provide 5 songs to be identified a month for free users, although if the identification fail, it doesn’t count. Here is the alternative other than Shazam. You can upload the audio sample to it and it’ll find the song based on it’s database. Important, you have to own the audio sample. If you find it on a commercial or something, please record it first and save it as mp3 or other sound format.
Midomi
If you stuck, don’t have anything but you can sing the song, OR just HUMMING (humm humm huuuuuummmmmm), this is great. Click and sing or hum for 10 seconds, and it’ll find the song according to its database.
Okay, that’s two sites that I recommend for finding a song. Happy searching.
