Facebook E-Mail Service, Confusion Among Us

After Facebook tried to ‘hack’ (read: trick) Google after Google blocks their Gmail to be used for Facebook Friend Finder, Facebook tries to strike Google once more. Facebook E-Mail Service will replace the conventional Inbox feature in Facebook. It means, your Facebook account will able to receive any e-mail message from any addresses.

Rumors said that Facebook already bought fb.com domain for placing all the e-mail address on it. It probably you will have e-mail with * @fb.com.

Features

• This service will able to attach any files, just like the other e-mail service.
• You will able to open standard document files (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) directly in your browser with Microsoft Office Web Apps, like Google do with its Google Docs.

Confusion

Yes, I firstly think this is good, but later, BIG NO. Why? it’s still nonsense if you’re still logging in with an e-mail. Later on, you will log in with your existing e-mail address or you will have another id to log in, same as any other e-mail hosting do.
